21st November 2016: Release of iSBEM_v5.3.a and iSBEM_v4.1.g
Public release of iSBEM_v5.3.a
iSBEM_5.3.a implements the modifications recently announced by DCLG to:
- the EPC, Recommendations Report, and XML file for England and Wales,
- the constructions of England’s 2013 Notional building, as per the updated 2013 NCM Modelling Guide for England,
- and the constructions of Wales’ 2014 Notional building, as per the updated 2014 NCM Modelling Guide for Wales .
Public release of iSBEM_v4.1.g
- the EPC, Recommendations Report, and XML file for England, Wales and Northern Ireland,
- the constructions of England and Wales’ 2010 Notional building, as per the updated 2010 NCM Modelling Guide for England & Wales,
- and the constructions of Northern Ireland’s 2012 Notional building, as per the updated 2010 NCM Modelling Guide for England & Wales.
iSBEM_v4.1.g maintains the following purposes of analysis unchanged from iSBEM_v4.1.e: Scottish Building Regulations 2010 and EPC Scotland
