Patch01 to iSBEM_v6.1.e implements a change to the Part L compliance requirements for heat networks in England, as published by DLUHC in the 2nd February 2023 amendments to the 2021 Approved Document L, Volume 2.
All other purposes of analysis in iSBEM_v6.1.e are unaffected.
