19th December 2022: Release of iSBEM_v6.1.e for Wales' 2022 NCM and 2022 Part L
Release of iSBEM_v6.1.e
iSBEM_v6.1.e includes the following key modifications (please refer to the iSBEM User Guide and Approved Documents for details):
- Implementation of Wales' 2022 NCM, 2022 Notional building, and compliance targets for 2022 Part L V2 in Wales, effective 29th March 2023.
- Implementation of revised approach to treatment of electricity generated by renewables in Scotland's 2022 NCM for calculations of EPC Scotland.
iSBEM_v6.1.e also includes the following minor modifications:
- Tick box to check compliance with Building Regulations Section 6 alongside generation of EPC Scotland is no longer available for Scotland's calculations.
- Tick box to indicate availability of mains gas supply on site is no longer needed for Wales' calculations.
- Correction of a minor bug in application of transpired solar collectors emissivity.
