16th February 2009: iSBEM_v3.3.b Patch release
A new patch has been released to improve upon some of the existing paramaters within iSBEM_v.3.3.b. Below is a list of the improvements and updates contained with in the patch.
We recommend all users to download and run the patch for iSBEM_v3.3.b which is available from the download page. There are two patches available to download, one for Office 2007 users and the second for Office 2002/03 users. Please ensure you download the correct patch for your Office system.
iSBEM Building Navigation form has been updated to display CM2 (Kappa 2) instead of CM1 (Kappa1). Also, the name of the parameter has been changed from "Cm value" to "Km value".
iSBEM has been modified to activate parameters "Hours off" and "Fraction off" for display lighting when an option other than NONE is selected for the time switching.
iSBEM has been modified to activate parameter "Lumens per circuit wattage" for display lighting when the option for efficient lighting is selected to be YES.
BRIRL has been modified to allow for the new heat pump options in heat source.
iSBEM has been modified to write into the input file to SBEM the keyword B-COUNTY when applicable
SBEM, EPCgen, BRUKL, BRIRL and BERgen have been modified so that the relevant ini file determines the location of the log files
iSBEM has been modified to avoid including in the auxiliary energy of the building the secondary circulation calculation for DHW systems not assigned to any zones.
EPCgen has been modified to correct a problem in the wrapping of text strings when they are too long without any spaces between the words.
iSBEM has been modified to correct a problem in the default HVAC system "Heating and mechanical cooling". The chiller type option for this HVAC in the input file was written as "Air cooled" instead of "Air cooled chiller".
EPCgen has been modified to correct a problem when writing the XML message including information from the Landmark registry where any field included a numeric character reference.
iSBEM has been modified to include all approved protocol organisations for Scottish EPC
iSBEM has been modified to display "1989" instead of "1998" as the threshold to modify the default efficiency of the heat generator, both for HVAC and HWS.
EPCgen and BERgen has been modified to improve the way they handle internet connection through proxy servers.
