1st April 2011: iSBEM v4.1.c for Part L 2010 and EPC now available
A new version of iSBEM has been released today. It incorporates the generation of EPCs in addition to Part L 2010 compliance. Note that XML files for lodgement in the Central Register will not be generated with this version (v4.1.c) until the 11th April. Until then, EPCs and XML files for lodgement can be generated with the version 3.5.b (current live version for generating EPCs).
This version incorporates modifications to the Auxiliary Energy and lighting calculations in order to align SBEM with the latest NCM Modelling guide.
