3rd April 2014: Release of iSBEM_v5.2.b for England and Jersey only
The iSBEM_v5.2.b is now available to download which comes into force on the 6th April 2014 in England only. With the updated version of iSBEM_v5.2.b, users can carryout the Part L 2013 Building Regulations Compliance check,EPC or an Green Deal Assessment. iSBEM_v5.2.b has increased functionality and should also be used for assessments done for the purposes of the Jersey Building Bye-laws Part 11. For all other assessments, users are advised to continue to use iSBEM_v4.1.e until further notice.
